| Job Description: |   | Interactive Sales Development Producer comedycentral.com, Digital Media Department Job Description: The Interactive Sales Development Producer role is to partner with the Director of Interactive Sales & Promotions Marketing Production, VP of Digital Media and other functional partners to develop progressive advertising solutions that support advertising growth on comedycentral.com. The ideal candidate will be a creative §big thinker, who will develop online sponsorship opportunities for our advertisers. The Interactive Sales Development Producer will formulate sponsor programs that may include digital elements such as custom microsites, online editorial sponsorships, video, photo, and games. This position requires: Working closely with ad sales team, promotions marketing team, creative team and product development team; being able to put idea to paper in one-sheets and presentations; being able to actively participate and lead brainstorm meetings; manage day-to-day project workload and deliverables within team. Responsibilities: Responsible for driving and creating all sales programs that enable the interactive ad sales team to sell progressive advertising solutions that support advertising growth on comedycentral.com. Develop positioning strategies, new media platforms, and promotional growth opportunities by identifying and analyzing market dynamics, competitive threats and opportunities. Create strategic and innovative advertising solutions, promotions, and strategic collateral information for clients. Leverage qualitative and quantitative information to create persuasive programs. Partner with internal teams (i.e. Content, Product Development, Promotions Marketing, and Ad Sales) to formulate ad sales solutions consistent with industry trends and category revenue goals. Assist the Ad Sales group in responding to RFPs by formulating and creating overall "pitch" back to the brand - working with extended team to develop treatments, visual representations and technology innovations that map to brand objectives but are also on brand and within comedycentral.coms technical capabilities. Work closely with sales to modify and adjust the pitch based on client feedback, changing priorities and further development throughout the pitch to close phase of the interaction. Assist the Promotions Marketing group with developing Sales decks by providing creative briefs for all content projects, identifying all sales opportunities within content projects and providing graphical representations of said opportunities. Assist the Ad Sales team and Promotions Marketing team with the annual development of Upfront presentation materials.
| | Required Qualification/Skills: |   | Requirements: Candidate must have 5+ years of experience at an agency, media company or sales organization with responsibilities including content, presentation, creative and promotion development. At least 2 years experience working in this capacity in the online space. Experience with a media or entertainment brand desired. Strong understanding of Web-based technologies and systems is required.
