HSE Manager/Regulatory Compliance

Our client is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to manage environmental, health and safety, security and DOT compliance programs of their NGL Operations located throughout the Midwest.

Qualifications/Experience

• BS degree
• 15 years experience in a compliance role
• 5 years experience in a compliance manager role
• Strong experience and knowledge of the following compliance programs
  • Environmental – Title V, PSD, LDAR, CEMS, Benzene NESHAP, SPCC, RCRA
  • Health and Safety – OSHA, PSM, Air Monitoring, Safe Work Practices
  • Other – Security, DOT 195, Hazardous Materials Transportation
• Midwest state requirements (TX, KS, OK, NE, IA, IL, CO)
• Energy industry experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and manage performance expectations for NGL Operations compliance group
• Develop and implement compliance systems (corporate, regulatory, permitting)
• Develop and implement EHS compliance strategy, programs & measures
• Manage agency submittals, regulatory changes and compliance tasks
• Communicate compliance status to stakeholders
• Integrate compliance programs from acquisitions of operating assets
• Implement and manage contractor selection programs
• Lead and/or participate in a compliance audit program
• Implement compliance information management systems
