Mortgage Processor

Obtains necessary information (i.e., loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) to process and complete for subordination requests. Verifies all documentation for accuracy and completeness. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 1-3 years of related experience. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks; works under general supervision. Responsibilities include gathering stips required for subordination package, receiving of all couriers, mail, parcels and faxes; responsible for the distributing of the packages or faxes to the intended receiver; answer all incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner; route the calls to the appropriate person and/or take messages; ability to handle other duties that may arise. Attention to detail required. Knowledge of mortgage forms such as 1003, 1008, Title search/commitment, FNMA appraisal required. Demonstrates commitment to quality customer service; excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills; basic computer knowledge; two years administrative office experience. Notary

Working hours: 8:00 am until 5:00 pm

Mortgage Loan Processors with 1-3 years experience , Must know forms 1003,1008, Title search/commitment, FNMA appraisals. Basic Computer Skills
