As an Assistant Manager for Rent-A-Center your responsibilities would include all aspects of the sales process – from assisting customers on the sales floor to completing the rental order. Assistant Managers provide friendly customer service as they manage expired accounts and promote timely payments, assist in delivering and installing merchandise, assist in maintaining a quality showroom.
Do you have these Qualifications?

Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Must be at least 20 years of age

High School diploma or equivalent

Heavy lifting required

Excellent customer service skills

Strong oral communication and listening skills

Ability to effectively manage time

Minimum one year retail experience preferred

Furniture sales, delivery and/or installation is helpful
