About the Job Job Description We are currently looking for a Director of Clinical Education to plan, revise, coordinate, implement, and evaluate general orientation, nursing skills training, and in service education for nursing employees. The ultimate goal of this position is to improve recruitment retention of staff and reduce turnover. This employee is responsible for directing a Certification Training Program for the nursing assistants as required by regulations. This position is located at our 95 bed snf in Harrisburg.
