Senior Financial Analyst (304183-618): Open Solutions Inc.

We seek a Sr. Financial Analyst in our North American headquarters in Glastonbury, CT.

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will assist Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis supporting Revenue /Sales function:

• develop the annual budgets and bi-weekly financial forecasts of expenditures and cash flows
• collect, analyze and communicate key performance metrics
• analyze and explain variances, risks and opportunities, focusing on key business drivers
• develop and maintain financial processes and systems
• provide periodic and ad hoc project and reporting support for executive management
• as a member of the FP&A team, support corporate initiatives, process and systems improvements and provide periodic support to corporate development to analyze potential acquisition candidates

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• at least five to seven years of financial analysis experience
• experience working for software, technology, or other services companies a plus
• working with sizeable organizations, such as business' with $100 million annual revenue and preferably with a global perspective
• demonstrated experience with Hyperion or other financial planning tools; as well as other applications such as Peoplesoft and Salesforce
• excellent Excel skills, including high-quality reporting and data management
• high energy, creativity and ability to multi task
• ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people in financial and non-financial roles, including senior management. This ability includes translating financial data into actionable recommendations
• MBA preferred
