Project Coordinator - TCA Lead - Albuquerque, NM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Promote and model the core values of the Collaborative and OptumHealth re: recovery, resiliency, consumer and family involvement and local systems of care.
- Act as primary point of contact for OHNM for all TCA related issues and directs TCA activities.
- Provides contracting and programmatic oversight of TCA �Coordinates dissemination of information regarding TCA policy and planning activities.
- In partnership with the BHSD TCA LEAD, serves as central point of contact between the Local Collaboratives and the New Mexico Behavioral Health Collaborative (BHC) regarding TCA Program development and planning.
- Work with OHNM Regional Directors and TCA Coordinators to assist TCA Providers in preparing contract deliverables.
- Monitor monthly TCA invoicing process and expenses.
- Attends statewide TCA meetings.
- Works with Clinical Network Services to facilitate credentialing of TCA providers.
- Collaborates with TCA Statewide Quality and Technical Assistance Work Group in Performance Improvement Activities.
- Prepares required and ad-hoc TCA reports
- Other projects assigned by Manager.

Qualifications Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- 2 years - Data analysis experience
- 2 years - Providing administrative support within a clinical setting
- Background in clinical or behavioral health is a plus
