<>Division of dynamic, global company is seeking a North American VP of Sales and Marketing to take responsibility for Customer Development and Retention, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Applications Engineering, Trade Shows, and Marketing Strategy. In addition to overseeing these departments, this position will be extremely visible and involve high level visits to both Distributors and direct Customers.

The successful Candidate for this position will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; .....MBA is desired. Strong, progressive Technical Sales/Marketing experience with an Electrical Product Manufacturer or Distributor is required. Full knowledge and understanding of the Electrical Distributor Industry and the Electrical Utility Industry is also required. Candidates should have experience in both the US and Canadian marketplaces. The selected Candidate will have had responsibility for a minimum of $250M in annual Sales.

The company offers a very stimulating, fast-paced culture in a booming business environment. The compensation package includes a strong base salary, bonus incentives of up to 50% of salary and company car.
