Business Development Associate Responsibilities are:

Create new business opportunities through an aggressive cold calling and personal email effort.

Accurately qualify potential business opportunities and identify influencers and decision makers.

Skillfully utilize a consultative sales process.

Clearly understand and communicate the company's value proposition.

Set appointments for product demonstrations.

Deliver product demonstrations via internet and phone

Demonstrate a working knowledge of the full line of service offerings.

Accurately report the status of all active business opportunities.

Consistently achieve predetermined activity goals.

Utilize company-provided technology and tools for presentation, tracking, reporting, and lead generation.

Travel as requested to trade shows and other company-sponsored events.

Requirements for Business Development Associate: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrable success in an aggressive cold call sales environment 60+ calls per day

Solid business to business background required

Proven sales goals and quota attainment track record

Experience with consultative selling processes

Talent for interacting with business contacts at the Director level and above

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

High aptitude for learning new technologies and excelling in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional verbal communication and objection-handling skills

Effective time management and prioritization skills

Manage multiple tasks and balance the demands of maintaining responsibility for the complete sales cycle

Strong computer and internet skills

Recent graduates, college students and individuals early in their career are encouraged to apply.

You will earn a competitive base salary based on experience and be rewarded with generous commissions, incentives and bonuses for your results. You can expect to have a W-2 that will read 60-85K, if you have what it takes and work hard.

Full time positions with flexible hours are available.
