We are currently seeking a full time Trauma Program Director to lead the accreditation process for Emergency Trauma designation. We are looking for someone with trauma service experience who has a passion for the trauma program. The Trauma Program Director will be responsible for the program development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Trauma program.


Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

  • Three years of professional nursing experience in an inpatient critical care or emergency nursing area or trauma intensive care unit

  • Experience in trauma registry management

  • Experience in trauma system management essential

  • Current nurses licenses issued by the State of Florida

  • Current TNCC or ATCN certifications

  • CEN or CCRN certifications preferred
