We currently have an immediate opening for a Service Desk representative in Madison, WI.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of help desk experience (level I & II) as well as experience with work stations, laptops, printers and servers. Experience in the health or insurance industry a plus, but not a requirement.
We are seeking a motivated, career minded person with at least 2 years of practical experience. Certifications such as A+, Network +, MCSA/MCSE and CCNA is preferred, but it is not a requirement. The successfull candidate will have a keen ability to analyze situational circumstances and find creative ways to solve problems.

| Requirements |
- The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of LAN/WAN help desk experience
- The ideal candidate will also have insurance or healthcare help desk experience.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills (oral and written communications skills).
Experience with other technologies is also a plus for the position.
Strong service, support and project management skills coupled with the ability to work independently with a modicum of supervision is a necessity. Excellent written and verbal skills are required. The successful candidate will be able to present well, be fluent and able to work with others.
