LPN Clinic Nurse

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in the state of Nevada

• Five years in a professional setting such as

hospital or clinic setting

• Minimum of two years actual work experience related to case management, utilization management, quality assurance, discharge planning or other cost management program

• CPR certified of able to obtain within 60 days of employment
