for the following position:

Documentation Specialist (RN)

Candidates must be able to:
- conduct concurrent review of clinical
documentation;
- query physicians when documentation is
ambiguous, unclear or missing;
- provide ongoing physician education in
documentation improvement;
- review for specificity of diagnosis, clinical
significance of abnormal lab tests, and reason for
medication or therapy orders.

RN required. RN with CCS or Case Management
experience preferred. Knowledge of DRG Payment System.
CD-9-CM knowledge or experience.
