Human Resources Recruitment Specialist: Environment Control

We are looking to add a part-time Recruitment Specialist to our Madison office. The position is an excellent entry-level job with the opportunity for growth. Our Recruiter is responsible for all phase of recruiting from initial contacts to hire. We offer a flexible late-morning to early evening schedule 20-25 hours per week with additional hours available during the initial training period and as needed. We are open to flexible 3-4 day workweeks. Our position will start at $12.50-14/hr and will be ideal for both a newcomer to the HR field or for a seasoned HR veteran looking to make a career change. Our recruiter will have a 6 month performance and wage review and yearly reviews thereafter. All employees are eligible for mini-medical health insurance, dental and vision insurance after 90 days.

Candidates should have the following traits:
-stable work background or educational history
-excellent communication skills
-PC and related computer software knowledge
-ability to work independently
-adaptability to our changing business needs
-criminal background check required
-valid driver’s license with insurable driving record required
-Spanish/English helpful but not required
-HR knowledge helpful but not required
