The position is responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate completion of various servicing functions. This position manages the day to day activity which encompasses working closely with Management. This individual must be able to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Failure to do so could result in significant losses to the investor and/or to the company. This position requires knowledge of Investor Reporting and Default's standard servicing operating policies and procedures due to performance expectations and frequent interaction with internal business partners, investors, and other third parties.

Candidates must posses a broad range of mortgage loan servicing experience, with a preferred specialization in default management. Knowledge of investor reporting /default servicing requirements is required. Accounting experience is preferred. Strong organizational and technical skills, including knowledge of pivot tables, basic formulas and V look-up; is required. Candidates must be strong in Microsoft Access/Excel/Word. This person must have Cash experience. Experience with reconciliation (researching outages, balancing, etc.) is required. Candidates must have strong attention to details, with task tracking ability. Candidates must be flexible with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks, the ability to perform complex analytical assignments, and the ability to lead a team.This person will need to reside in Columbus, Ohio for a period of 4 to 6 months (travel and expenses included).
