2+ years recent work experience dealing with people. Related experience could include debt collection, investigation skills, skip tracing, call center background, outside sales, loan servicing, finance or banking.

Clear Communication: speak clearly and be persuasive over the phone, control the conversation, listen for concerns, negotiate and close the deal are key

Self-motivated: the ability to plan, stay on task, keep yourself moving forward is important.

Competitive / Driven: Set goals and strive to reach them, overcome objections, persistence and follow-through are very important

Base pay is $10.15 hr, commissions and team and individual bonus' also apply

40-hour work week (M-F); one 1/2 day Saturday a month (mandatory)
