Operational support for Janitorial contract



Operations Support Specialist

$25000 per year

35 hour work week

Essential responsibilities:

Drive to various locations within the NYC area retrieving sign in sheets and time cards.

Delivering Janitorial Supplies and equipment to HRS work sites when needed.

Training our employees on how to use teletime to clock in and out of their shift.

Ensure MSDS books, log books , inventory books are on site and are being utilized properly.

And other operations support as needed.

The candidate must have:

A valid and clean NYS driver’s license for 3 years or more

Be able to drive a company vehicle to the locations.

Be able to express themselves in English in both verbal and written form fluently.

Janitorial experience is a plus.

Minimum of high school diploma.

Higher education is a plus.
