Culligan is focused on strategic growth initiatives which will see the business expand in previously under-serviced segments, growing revenue both domestically and abroad, and generating higher levels of profitability. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for all commercial and industrial contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with similar highly complex contracts. He/she will also be involved in establishing and implementing department processes. This position will report directly to our Senior VP, General Counsel & Secretary. Job Summary: • Assists in the development of major proposals, in negotiations, and manages all aspects of assigned contracts to assure compliance with corporate objectives. • Negotiates and maintains contracts for the sale of equipment, materials, products, and services for commercial and industrial customers. • Reviews bid and contract requirements. • Prepares bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required. • Negotiates contract with customer. • Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts. • Advises planning and production departments of contractual rights and obligations. • Partners with sales department to meet customer and Company needs. Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Work Experience Requirements: At least 5 years in a similar role.
