The Contract Administrator will be responsible for all commercial and industrial contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with similar highly complex contracts. He/she will also be involved in establishing and implementing department processes. This position will report directly to our Senior VP, General Counsel & Secretary.
Job Summary:
• Assists in the development of major proposals, in negotiations, and manages all aspects of assigned contracts to assure compliance with corporate objectives.
• Negotiates and maintains contracts for the sale of equipment, materials, products, and services for commercial and industrial customers.
• Reviews bid and contract requirements.
• Prepares bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required.
• Negotiates contract with customer.
• Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts.
• Advises planning and production departments of contractual rights and obligations.
• Partners with sales department to meet customer and Company needs.
Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years in a similar role.
