Our client is a leading healthcare provider specializing in post acute continuum of care through comprehensive homecare and rehabilitation programs.
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse with home health experience in Centralia, WA.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in their home by assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating home nursing care needs of assigned patients.
  • Confer with physicians to develop initial plan of treatment.
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in WA State.
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing home health experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
