Assistant Manager: Factory 2-U / Fallas Paredes Stores

We are looking for management team members to join our fast-paced environment. You must be a motivated, energetic professional to lead our team in a high-volume retail merchandising environment. Average Store size is 25,000 square feet.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Recruit and select successful team members
• Train, motivate and develop store staff to the next level
• Provide merchandising direction to store staff
• Supervise store personnel lead by example
• Use labor management tools, including staff scheduling, to maximize productivity
• Monitor sales and stock inventories
• Communicate with both the store, district, and corporate teams
• Provide Loss Prevention for your location
• This is an hourly position
