· This is a basic recruiter position that will involve taking job orders from client managers, sourcing, creating candidate pools, qualifying candidates, checking references, verifying background checks, & extending offers.
· Prior experience in the staffing industry and/or human resources a plus.
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence individuals internal and external to the organization.
· Responsible for following our Express Process Systems, to ensure our associates and clients obtain a quality experience with Express.
· Solid analytical and problem solving abilities; strong assessment, judgment and decision making skills.
· Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute tasks quickly and efficiently to achieve timeliness and deliverables; ability to work well in a high stress environment.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
· Strong technical aptitude required. Prior experience with staffing databases/ applicant tracking systems a plus. Proficiency with MicroSoft Office applications.
· Establishing new business and expanding current business with existing clients, by building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
· Will be spending a portion of each day making telephone sales calls to prospects in Austin.
