Client: Major Financial Service Institution
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Roles: Project Manager and Business Analysts
Project: Implementation of an Annuities Automation system

Our Client will be selecting and implementing an annuities system. FITS Inc., is looking for Project Managers and Business Analysts with annuities operations experience.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of business experience in one or more of the following industries (banking, insurance, investment banking, brokerage, financial services).
  • Strong background with annuities and annuities software systems such as Blue Frog Affirm and EBIX Annuity Net.
  • Experience supporting full project life cycle including: development of project scope and definition, detailed project planning, integration and monitoring, project status tracking, risk tracking and resolution.
  • Excellent communications (both written and verbal), documentation, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience working with business groups and technology developing integration plans.
  • Experience working with business groups developing and scripting test plans and tracking testing status.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with business and IT groups across multiple locations.
  • Business migration and consolidation experience a plus.
