Senior Accounting Manager

PBM Products is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounting Manager with a broad-based accounting skill set to join our Finance & Accounting department. PBM's businesses include domestic and international manufacturing, marketing, and distribution. This position will oversee the month end close and consolidation, continuously improving processes and finding efficiencies; provide guidance and support to staff accountants to help improve performance and develop technical competencies; and perform multiple tasks throughout the month relating to general and managerial reporting. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that is highly organized, can multi-task well, is able to communicate clearly, and that can work independently as well as be part of our team. Work experience should include a minimum of 5 years in corporate or public accounting. CPA certification preferred. Position is based at our corporate headquarters in Charlottesville, VA.
