Sr. Manager-Program Management (Troy, MI)
Job Description
Raytheon Professional Services LLC, based in Troy, Michigan, is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect and Program Manager, this position is responsible for $35M+ in annual Learning Business Process Outsourcing (LBPO) revenue as well as acting as a thought leader in the industry to develop LBPO strategy and developing large complex LBPO business cases. This position requires hands on experience, a high level of leadership and a proven track record as a senior strategist in the LBPO market.
Responsibilities:
* Perform as a senior solutions architect encompassing all aspects LBPO to bring about enterprise-wide transformation.
* Collaborate with senior executives to independently develop broad strategies and solutions as well as develop the LBPO business case
* Deliver the business case to senior executives
* Lead global proposal pursuit teams and develop pricing scenarios and strategies
* Manage all program aspects including: business development and capture, implementation, budget, schedule, deliverables, profit and loss, customer relationship/interface, customer satisfaction and direct activities of the staff
* Manage program managers with a wide range of: order, revenue and profit commitments and responsibilities.
* Program/account management and growth
* Client relationship development as well as day-to-day operations, including schedule and financial performance
* Act as the senior interface between the company and the clients
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 10 years of previous program management experience required, along with strong management and communication skills
* Successful experience in developing innovative large-scale complex complete learning outsourcing solutions encompassing analysis, development, various LMSs, training administration, call center, etc.
* Demonstrated experience managing multi-year, complex programs with $20M+ annual revenue
* Experience in leading proposal pursuit teams.
* Demonstrated ability to meet Annual Growth Plans of 10%+
* Learning Business Process Outsourcing experience preferred
* Experience managing international programs strongly preferred
* Experience managing both commercial and government and military programs preferred
* Requires strategic thinking, tactical planning and execution, critical thinking, and presentation skills
* Must be able to utilize a system level approach including integration and leverage of resources
* Ability to develop long term relationship with customers and excellent people skills required
* Report to senior leadership and requires minimal direction to be successful.
Education Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Master's Degree preferred
