I. PURPOSE OF POSITION
The purpose for the Internet Enforcement Specialist is to assist with the internet branch of True Religion’s brand enforcement efforts.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct internet searches regarding infringing copyright and trademark usage • Oversee evidence-gathering efforts in support of civil or criminal enforcement & support investigations of internet infringement • Collaborate with the General Counsel and Brand Enforcement Manager regularly • Update and maintain enforcement reports, files & systems • Ability to take direction and be a team player • Share Information and work as a team member to ensure efficiencies • Adhere to deadlines and special tasks as assigned • Perform various administrative functions in executing tasks
III. POSITION DIMENSIONS
Decision-Making Authority and Judgment
• Gather information and make recommendations to General Counsel on internet enforcement matters that are being pursued • Analyze information and consult with General Counsel on whether to initiate further investigative action upstream and downstream • Analyze records obtained through cease and desist proceedings • Prepare reports regarding brand enforcement program for General Counsel
Supervision Received • General Counsel and Brand Enforcement Manager will provide direction for certain tasks and procedures and will assign new responsibilities as appropriate • General Counsel and Brand Enforcement Manager will also provide initial training in terms of existing procedures and systems.

IV. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Certifications • College degree or relevant experience
Experience and Skills • 2 years experience in brand enforcement or similar • Familiarity with Copyright and Trademark concepts • Attention to detail • Organizational skills • Vast knowledge of the internet and internet operations • Knowledge of domain name registrations, registrants, registrars, hosts and proxies • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint • Excellent writing and communication skills • Exceptional researching skills
