Selling to our Bakersfield territory, your primary mission will be navigate pre-qualified leads for our state-of-the-art solar electrical systems though the sales process to a successful close. Your proven ability to turn a "no" into a "yes" paired with a background in selling to individuals, specifically homeowners, will enable you to hit the ground running. An athletic inclination is strongly preferred as you will be working on rooftops, taking measurements and solar readings in preparation for a proposal and system demonstration on the spot. We're looking for a self motivated consultant, able to develop a comprehensive sales proposal and network previous success into new business via referrals. Polished written and verbal communication skills will be key for both client interaction and internal discussions as you present your clients' needs to our project managers and engineers.
