Geothermal Project Manager Job Description: Seeking a Project Manager in our Renewables engineering group focused on geothermal. This group provides owner's engineering and detailed design for renewable energy projects including geothermal, solar PV, and solar thermal. Geothermal project technologies include dry steam, single and multi-flash, as well as organic rankine cycle plants. Knowledge of geothermal process and plant design, as well as a well rounded power plant design career are desired. While design experience is primary, additional experience in a construction and/or operating plant environment is a plus. We are seeking an individual with demonstrated experience leading and managing multi-discipline engineering teams in Owner's Engineering and EPC environments, as well as supporting business development. Excellent communication, team building, and client interaction skills are a must. This individual will work closely w/ our Project Engineers, Discipline Leads, and Department Managers to successfully resource and execute the project consistent with POWER's and the client's expectations. Duties also include managing discipline budgets, scope of work , and work scope variances. A minimum of a BS Chem, BSME, BS Geosciences or other relevant Bachelor's Degree is required. Professional Engineer licensure is strongly preferred. This position is located in either our Boise or Hailey (Sun Valley), Idaho office.
