Finance: Finance Manager, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis ( San Mateo , CA )

Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Requirements:

• BS in Finance or Accounting preferred
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Public company experience preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 – 4 years in FP&A roles
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others

Responsibilities:

• Model annual revenues and related commissions expense for Worldwide Sales organization
• Business partner for Worldwide Sales organization, as well as International organizations
• Support business financials including expenses, capital, and headcount planning and reporting
• Work with Sales Management in annual budgeting and planning process
• Monthly and quarterly expense forecasting and variance analysis
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages
• Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as needed
