Delivery Technician: Travis Medical

Company:

· Travis Medical is a well-established Austin-based home medical equipment company with a location in Conroe that provides home medical equipment and supplies to patients in and around the Conroe / Houston area.

Position Available:

· HME Delivery Technician

Job Description:

· Primary duties of this position involve the delivery, set-up and education of home medical equipment to patients in residential settings and healthcare facilities in and around the Conroe / Houston areas. Once trained, this position will be expected to handle after hour on-call duties as the schedule dictates as well as work overtime when needed. This is not merely a delivery position and requires excellent customer service skills and an ability to professionally interact with patients, their families and referral sources. Additional responsibilities of this position include warehouse duties, equipment refurbishment and light clerical responsibilities.

Professional Requirements:

· Some college preferred

· Industry experience preferred

· Familiarity with the Conroe / Houston area and an ability to read maps & follow directions

· Clean driving record

· Clean criminal history

· Professional appearance (no visible tattoos)

· Detail-oriented and dedicated with a willingness to get the job done

· Great attitude and a positive demeanor

· Stable work history

· Good health

· Excellent communication & people skills with an emphasis on compassion

Work Schedule:

· Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with overtime as needed and afterhours/weekend on-call duties as the schedule dictates

Compensation:

· $11.00 per hour to start
