Job Description:
Our top financial client is seeking experienced Underwriters on a contract-to-permanent basis with competitive pay. Underwriters typically report to a supervisor or manager and they have authority to withdraw and decline loans; typically $415,000 underwriting authority. Duties:
This role may require a Bachelor's degree and 4 or more years of residential mortgage underwriting experience including manual decisioning and the ability to validate income, asset, and collateral documents including self employed tax returns. Excellent phone skills, superior customer service skills, and 3-4+ years of underwriting experience are required.
