Retail Demonstrator: Penguin Windows

If you are an outgoing, energetic and goal oriented person then we are looking for you!! Our marketing team is responsible for the promotions and lead generation of our company. We partner with retail vendors in the Oak Harbor , Bellingham , Burlington , Everett and North Seattle locations. It would be the job of the Demonstrator to interact with the patrons of those retail locations to plant the seed of interest for a free home window inspection. We also offer people the opportunity to take advantage of free prizes such as a large dollar sweepstakes and free gift cards.

This is a lead generation position and requires an outgoing and motivated personality.

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to attend a weekly meeting in our Mukilteo office
- Must be able to walk/stand for shifts up to 8 hours in length
- Must have open availability including weekends
- Must own reliable transportation (we ask that all representatives be able to travel to all locations for training and coverage, however our goal is to assign you to locations that are close to you)

This position pays $11/hour base plus commission. Reps can make $25/hour on average. Commission is uncapped so there is unlimited earning potential!
