Co Manager Job Requirements;

  1. Adapt and work effectively under stress(Stress Management, Time Management, Experience, Knowledge,Discipline)
  2. Adapt to new situations and handle simultaneous tasks (quick thinking)
  3. Excellent communications skills as well as people skills with customers, fellow employees, peers, and supervisors.
  4. Flexible work schedules (including holidays and weekends)
  5. Maintain store cleanliness at ALL times
  6. Write and print legibly
  7. Complete tasks in a timely manner
  8. Ability to lift at least 50lbs
  9. Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods of time.

Human Resourses:

  1. Hire,train,and maintain quality personnel. Recruit employees to meet staffing needs and upgrade unit perfomance.
  2. Motivation of employees to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness for quality food service to the customer.
  3. Weekly scheduling and assignment of duties to employees and co-mangement.
  4. Evaluated performance of employees, including co-management, and conduct timely performance appraisals.
  5. Discipline employees who are not meeting company policies and/or standards
  6. Responsible for all records and property in the store. Maintain accurate and complete business records on a a timely basis.
  7. Weekly payroll for all employees.(i.e. timesheets, timecards)
  8. Ensure compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations.

Cleanliness/Service/Product Quality:

  1. Maintain service and product standards according to company standards of operations on a consistent basis.
  2. Supervise all employees in every phase of production and guest service.
  3. Cross train crew members so they are able to perform all necessary store functions.
  4. Be qualified to perform all in-store duties.
  5. Ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations.
  6. Ensure compliance with fire, safety, and security regulations

Unit Financial Performance & Controls:

  1. Responsible for COF and COL on a day-to day basis.
  2. Participate in the preparation of operating budet. Keep operating costs within budget while maintaining quality and service standards.
  3. Responsible for the receipt, safekeeping, daily deposit, disbursement and accountability of all restaurant funds.
  4. Arrange for all necessary repairs and maintenance so the store and equipment is in good operating condition. Communicate these needs with District Manager as per spending limit. This includes store cleanliness.
  5. Place all orders on a daily/weekly basis. Develop and maintain correct stock levels and inventories. Inventory is to be done on a weekly basis. Inspect deliveries for accuracy.
  6. Daily and monthly P&L responsibility.

Personal & Interpersonal:

  1. Maintain effecitve communication with customers, employees, supervisors, and corporate staff.
  2. Work closely with District Manager to make sure he/she is informed on day-to-day operations. and any major decision making.
  3. Plan, review, and obtain approval and pricing on any specials run in the store. Adhere to and execute all corporate promotions/corporate memos. Follow through to ensure all corporate requests are completed.
