Job Details Job Description Fills customers' orders in accordance with specifications on order form. Receives and reads customer order to identify item(s) to be pulled. Verifies stock availability. Operating warehouse machinery in accordance with established procedures. The incumbent is responsible for fulfillment and order picking operations. Effectively communicate with managers, supervisors, coworkers, and vendors. Responsibilities: - Maintain and meet fulfillment schedules and production levels.
- Pick orders from inventory locations and complete all paperwork accurately.
- Receive incoming materials and ship orders.
- Count and verify product picked to insure accuracy.
- Maintain and meet fulfillment schedules and production levels.
- Keep accurate record of timecards and related fulfillment forms. Follow established procedures.
- Ensures that assigned work area is kept clean, organized and safe.
- Assist in other areas as required.
- Safely operate equipment.
- Perform assembly of product as required.
- Understands warehouse operations and ensures that all work is performed in conformance to defined ISO 9001-2000 quality system procedures, work station documents, and safety requirements.
- Need to be familiar with ISO, OSHA, and PHI/HIPPA practices.
- Participates in periodic staff meetings and other meetings as necessary.
- Participates in training and development programs as required of the position.
- Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks as may be required from time-to-time by management representatives.
- Lift cartons up to 50 lbs on and off skids
Required Skills One to Two years experience in a warehouse pick/pack fulfillment and distribution environment. - Ability to read, understand and carry out written instructions.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
- Good mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer software applications.
- Ability to operate PIV'sMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds semi-regularly
