LEGAL Bankruptcy Paralegal Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco, P.C. seeks a Bankruptcy Paralegal to join its Community Association Collections practice area. The ideal candidate will have worked as a bankruptcy paralegal with a law firm or in the Clerk's office of a bankruptcy court and has a strong working knowledge of Chapter 7 and 13 cases. The candidate should have skills using and understanding pacer and bankruptcy case dockets. They should know how to file all bankruptcy pleadings electronically with the Clerk's office. Additionally, experience in filing proofs of claims for chapter 13 cases, filing motions for relief of stay and experience working with excel spreadsheets is required.
