Our client located in Stamford , CT is seeking an Office Services Manager to join the department. This is a hands-on management position that will require the supervision of staff as well as general mailroom duties. The ideal candidate will have mailroom/ office services experience in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and accuracy. Compensation ranges from 55-65K + bonus, benefits, 401k, etc. Some of the main responsibilities are below.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management and coordination of mailroom staff
  • Prepare outgoing mail, FedEx, deliveries, etc; Sort and distribute incoming mail & deliveries
  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies; setup kitchen including preparing coffee and loading/unloading dishwasher
  • Ensure cleanliness of pantries, kitchen, closets, etc.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of catered meals
  • Set up and clean up of conference rooms
  • Prepare binders and other confidential information in a timely manner
  • Assist with special projects as needed; Run errands as needed

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in a corporate/professional environment a MUST
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours; must be open to travel
