Community Health Educator, Bay Mills Indian Community.
COMMUNITY HEALTH EDUCATOR- Bay Mills Health Center is recruiting for a Community Health Educator. Contact the Human Resources office at 906-248-8500 for complete position descriptions. Requirements: Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education/ Health Promotion; current CHES certification preferred; one years experience implementing/ evaluating health education and chronic disease prevention; proficient in all computer programs; and be able to work a flexible schedule and available to travel when needed. Salary is commensurate with experience and education. Includes excellent benefit package.
