Job Description

Position Profile
Actively manages multidisciplinary staff to ensure quality and appropriate care that meets patients' needs in a timely and fiscally appropriate manner. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and facilitates staff growth and development. Ensures staff compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards. Develops team budget annually and manages to meet or exceed budget. Actively participates in performance improvement and planning activities.

Basic Qualifications (required)
Bachelor's Degree in health care required. Current licensure in State of California as Registered Nurse.

Minimum Qualifications (required)
Three to five years of clinical experience necessary to function as a resource and to evaluate quality of care and practice. Three to five years of recent progressive management experience in healthcare with at least one year in home health with demonstrated financial management responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree desirable.
