Project Manager and MEP with commercial and industrial and higher ed and healthcare experience



We have an immediate opening for a solid Project Manager MEP with 10-15 plus years of extensive commercial, higher education and especially Hospital/Healthcare building experience. A 4 year degree is required in any one of the Construction Sciences. The degree in a construction arena such as Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related building sciences would be a minimum requirement.

The position is in the Eastern Kentucky/Tennessee marketplace and would prefer the candidate have worked and currently lives in the area. Relocation is currently not an option, but, for the right person a discussion of relocation is not out of the question. Salary is very competitive and is commensurate with location and experience of candidate.

The company is a pedigree National GC with a top ENR ranking and requires a resume and project list with a solid work history that demonstrates a solid employment record. The screening process will be based on the above requirements being met by each candidate responding to this ad.
