Case Management Director

We are looking for an experienced Director of Case Management with strong leadership skills in the New England area.

Brief Description:

· Supervising Case Managers and ensuring a successful work flow within the hospital by establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, standards and objectives.

· Assuring that the hospital clinical resources are being utilized in the most cost effective manner while improving quality outcomes.

· Approving timekeeping, employee evaluation, meeting applicable regulatory standards, approving supply orders and department strategic planning.

You must meet the below requirements in order to apply for the job:

• Current Utilization or Case Management Certification
• Experience with managing care trends, Medicare and Medicaid (AH CC CS) regulations.
• Management experience with 5 or more years of acute hospital experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Masters Preferred

Salary: $80,000-$100,000
