Director of Community Employment Opportunity for making a positive difference! The Director of Community Employment is responsible for supervising and training staff, maintaining and developing community job sites, and facilitating daily program operations. Three to five years experience both in managing and directing a team of at least 20 people, and in developing and monitoring a department budget. Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
