•Supplier Selection / Audit
•Aggregate Failure / Quality Tracking by Commodity
•Supplier Consolidation Decisions
•Supply Base Risk Reduction
•Cost Reduction
•Quality Plan / Contract Review and Approval
•Cross-Division Supplier Collaboration
•10%-15% Travel

•Masters or Bachelors in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering
•4-6 yrs. Industry Experience
•Commodity Specific Technical Expertise (PCBA, Wire Harnesses, Machining, Sheet Metal, Molded Plastics, and OEM)
•Supplier / Project Management Experience
•Demonstrated Collaboration, Negotiation & Conflict Resolution Skills
•Knowledge of Six Sigma tools & methodologies, with proven ability to apply them
•Supplier Audit and or Lead Assessor Experience
•Knowledge of Quality Management System Tools, Continuous Improvement Methodologies & In-Depth Understanding of Site Level Products & Related Processes
•Knowledge of Quality System Standards QSR, ISO3485 and ISO9001
electronics manufacturing and DFM background desired.
