Position Description Job Purpose: · The Care Center has an immediate need for part time Customer Care Representatives. This position requires excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to make sound decisions and use good judgment. The desired candidate will need to have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with other departments. A professional demeanor, reliability and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A large percentage of the contacts with customers will be complaints; the ideal candidate will have "thick skin" and be able to handle irate or difficult callers with ease. They need to be customer focused while adhering to the budgetary goals of the department.
Primary Job Task/Responsibilities: · Answer inquiries received via any method (mail, fax, phone, email) regarding order placement/status, inventory (OOS, discontinued), the overall steps of the order process, product launches and promotions. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of E-Commerce, including the website and the CSR Admin Tool as well as the governing policies and procedures. To assist with inquiries about the At Home program including the career path and commissions. To assist will inquiries from the retail shops and handle calls as needed. · Data entry projects as needed to include but not limited to, new consultant applications and reactivations. · Assisting with various special projects, such as mailings or seasonal projects for the various channels we support.
