Union Temporary Property Handler:

Sotheby’s has several openings in our operation’s department for temporary union property handlers. The handlers will be responsible for handling and/or installing valuable works of art, furniture, and other collectible works. Significant amounts of overtime may be needed during our busy season which will include weekends.

The starting rate of pay is $13.25 per hour and temporary union employees will have a six month work assignment and the possibility of joining Sotheby’s as a full time union employee through a proven work record while at Sotheby’s and if a vacancy exists within our full time permanent union work force.
