REGIONAL RECRUITMENT MANAGER


The Golden Girls Regional Recruiting Manager will develop and manage a strategic plan based on the vision and objectives of the company, with a primary focus on recruiting and deploying Area Managers (and in some cases, Buyers) in desired markets throughout her territory. The Regional Recruiting Manager will partner with a Development Manager who will assist with administrative activities and day-to-day management of the region. Together, the Recruiting Manager and the Development Manager will be charged with achieving their financial targets, growing the Golden Girls brand, and managing a profitable territory.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

· Recruit, train and deploy qualified Area Managers that embrace the opportunity of Golden Girls and build a team of Buyers that drive profitable results.

· Create a strategic territory plan that outlines target geographic areas and work with Golden Girls’ marketing department to activate platforms that drive recruitment. Include your Development Manager to create awareness ideas to be deployed by Golden Girls that will help drive interest in available positions.

· Compile lists of prospective Area Managers and Buyers to interview, hire or to activate at a later date.

· Conduct telephone interviews to qualify leads by using the Golden Girls “prospect filter” and if a candidate appears strong, plan a personal meeting and training session.

· Prepare reports of business activities and participate in regular meetings to present and discuss progress.

· Plan, carry out and support local marketing activities and integrate recruitment efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.​g.​, public relations, promotions, advertising, events and direct marketing.


Desired Qualifications:

· Demonstrated track record of building winning teams and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives

· Ability to recruit, train and retain quality sales force

· Solid/proven sales skills

· Sales Management experience preferred

· Leadership qualities

· Self Starter and motivated

· Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person

· Interviewing and prospecting experience desired

· Direct Sales Experience a plus

· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

· Attention to detail and follow up necessary

· Some travel required


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 5+ years experience in commission sales (financial services, insurance, real estates, advertising, etc.); sales force recruiting; and/or general sales and management to consumers
