Job Description · Telephone clients and prospects for appointments · Cold calling perspective clients · Coordinate all Financial Representative’s appointments and meetings · Confirm appointments and reschedule cancelled meetings · Generate target in-force client and prospect lists to identify cross selling opportunities (term conversions, life/no DI, etc.) · Case preparation · Maintain and promote Financial Representative’s personal/agency website · Obtain insurance proposals and reports from other companies as needed by Financial Representative · Prepare Inforce Ledgers and Policy Data Reviews as needed by Financial Representative · Back-up to Receptionist (lunch/out of office)
Qualifications: · Professional phone voice · Ability to multi-task · Ability and willingness to obtain necessary licensing and registration · Strong computer data entry, and keyboarding experience · Superior interpersonal skills · Ability to establish instant credibility with clients and prospects · Marketing experience preferred · High degree of organizational skills · Superior written and oral communication skills · Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
