The ACS Healthcare Consulting Financial Leader is a senior role within the consulting group and a member of the consulting leadership team. This position will have responsibility for driving growth in the Financial practice area, key client and project management, and continued development of best practice methodology. This position will have a highly visible role in shaping vision and strategy for and building high impact delivery capability for this practice area.
Desired Experience:
Strong knowledge of Healthcare Provider business and processes, applications and information flows with experience building, managing and improving operations in large, complex healthcare organizations in a consulting role.
Management experience leading and growing a healthcare financial consulting practice area.
Demonstrated experience delivering Revenue Cycle, Financial system improvements and advisory services in a consulting role.
Demonstrated ability to source, nurture, close and deliver substantial financial consulting engagements.
Business development experience focusing on new sales specifically in healthcare Revenue Cycle and Financial practice areas.
Prior consulting experience as a billable healthcare Consultant specifically with a Revenue Cycle/Financial focus.
Successful track record of managing large complex projects.
Demonstrated experience crafting capability for delivering high value results to clients.
Client relationship skills
Ability to manage in a dynamic matrix and fast paced environment.
Ability to work as a team for client objectives.
Committed, driven to exceed expectations, self starter, works with a sense of urgency
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to travel. Relocation not needed.
