Registered Professional Nurse



Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements and evaluates the nursing regimen for assigned residents/patients.
  • Records, reports and interprets residents/patientss responses and collaborates with appropriate menbers of the health care team.
  • Identifies those componets of the nursing regimen which may be delegated to allied nursing personnel and provides necessary teaching and guidance.
  • Participates in the development and maintenance of a system of peer review for nursing personnel, participates in peer chart review.



Qualifications:
  • Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse registration.
  • Experience as a nursing clinician.
