Provides technical/administrative assistance to the Human Resource function. Using the HRIS system as appropriate, prepare/process all personnel actions and maintain employee records. Establish and maintain appropriate files, logs, and records including confidential information.

  • Five (5) years of related experience to include a minimum of two (2) years in Human Resources.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Above average typing skills to include statistical typing, and competency with MS Office Suite including, MSWord and Excel. Familiarity with Oracle HRIS desired.

  • General knowledge of personnel records maintenance and filing procedures.

· Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

· Additional business training, or education, desired.
