Job Description:
A stable growing small company seeks a self-starting individual to manage a large (multi-million dollar/year) and wide ranging SIGINT program. The scope of this program ranges from the development of prototypes to the sustainment and evolution of operational systems, spanning signal processing infrastructure (X-Midas and NeXtMidas), core signal processing algorithms, and geolocation components. This program includes system support through all phases of the life cycle from concept through final delivery, using an iterative design methodology to maximize productivity. Solutions are implemented on platforms including Linux PCs and embedded processors. The position responsibilities include serving as the main customer interface, initiating new efforts within the program, leading program personnel, managing costs and schedules, and managing 10+ sub-contracts.
