LOCATION: Falls Church, VA

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking an experienced Security Manager for our HA/TMA Network Operations in Falls Church , Virginia .

Job Summary:

· Works with a high degree of independence to provide specialized consulting, materials, programs, and analysis related to the areas of computer, information, and network security.

· Coordinates the development, implementation, analysis, and administration of Information Technology related security policies, practices, standards and programs.

· Coordinates the development and execution of security programs and initiatives. Provides input to contract and program level computing effective use and other related policies and programs.

· Participates as a member of Program level Senior Management, providing pertinent security information and input to strategic and tactical planning; budget preparation; initiatives and projects planning; external reporting; and other management activities as required.

· Facilitates and directs the timely dissemination of security information. Coordinates the Program level Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT).

· Coordinates the assessment of computer systems and network security risks: investigates and develops contingency plans by undertaking risk analysis, security investigations, surveys, and threat assessments.

· Provides direction and guidance to program staff to assure compliance with security and appropriate use policies.

· Attends conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications / Requirements:

· Bachelors’ degree (MIS preferred) or equivalent experience.

· An advanced degree (MIS preferred) is highly desirable. Eight (8) years of varied information technology experience is required. Four (4) years of which must be directly related to computer, information, and network security assessment, administration, and management.

· Experience in the specific technical areas of systems programming and administration, applications development, database administration, network operations, user support, decision support, data center operations, and job control are highly desirable.

· Professional certification Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is required.

· Familiarity with data administration concepts, systems development life cycles, data dictionaries, and database management software is desirable.

· Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
